As a result of federal regulations imposed on all financial institutions, PrimeSouth Bank will no longer be allowed to consider authorizing and paying everyday (one-time) debit card transactions and ATM withdrawals that overdraw your account - unless you authorize us to do so.

This rule goes into effect on August 15, 2010.
