Lost or Stolen Cards

Please report a lost or stolen card IMMEDIATELY, by calling the numbers below. This can limit losses to you and the bank.

For ATM/Debit Cards:

 

URGENT NOTICE:  We have been notified of a scam that is occurring where customers are receiving a text message asking them to call a number to verify their card information.  Please DO NOT call this number and enter any card information.  PrimeSouth Bank would not contact you to ask for any card information. 

If you have called the number and entered your card information, please call the number below to hot card your debit card.   If you have any questions, please contact your local branch.

 

Call 1-800-264-5578. This will allow us to cancel your card to prevent unauthorized transactions. After calling this number, call your local branch during normal banking hours so we can make arrangements to have a new card issued.

If you need to report your card lost or stolen after our normal banking hours, please call 1-800-264-5578.

If you have unauthorized transactions on your ATM or debit card and need to dispute these transactions, call our Dispute Processing Call Center at 1-866-987-1457 during the hours of 8:00am – 8:00pm EST.

For Credit Cards:

Call 1-866-604-0381 any time 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. After calling this number, call the bank at 912-283-6685 during normal banking hours so we can make arrangements to have a new card issued.
