Report a Lost or Stolen ATM/Debit or Credit Card

Please report a lost or stolen card IMMEDIATELY, by calling the numbers below. This can limit losses to you and the bank.

For ATM/Debit Cards:

Call the bank at 912-283-6685 as soon as possible during normal banking hours. This will allow us to cancel your card to prevent unauthorized transactions and have a new card issued.

If you need to report your card lost or stolen after our normal banking hours, please call 1-800-236-2442.

For Credit Cards:

Call 1-866-604-0381 any time 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. After calling this number, call the bank at 912-283-6685 during normal banking hours so we can make arrangements to have a new card issued.
