Lost or Stolen Card
Please report a lost or stolen card immediately, by calling the numbers below.
For ATM/Debit Cards:
Call 1-800-500-1044. This will allow us to cancel your card to prevent unauthorized transactions. After calling this number, call your local branch during normal banking hours so we can make arrangements to have a new card issued.
If you need to report your card lost or stolen after our normal banking hours, please call 1-800-500-1044.
If you have unauthorized transactions on your ATM or debit card and need to dispute these transactions, contact your local branch during the hours of 9:00am – 4:00pm EST.
For Credit Cards:
Call 1-866-604-0381 any time 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. After calling this number, call your local branch during normal banking hours so we can make arrangements to have a new card issued.
