Alert Set-Up Steps
Step 1: Login to Online Banking
Step 2: Click on "Customer Service"
Step 3: Click on "Account Alerts" or “Service Alerts” and add what appeals to your needs
Step 4: Click "Add this Alert"
Account Alerts

- Account balance and transactions
Service Alerts
- These are related to:
- Contact Information Changing
- Password Changing
- User ID
- Account Closed
- Loan Payment Failed
Mobile App Alerts
Alert Set-Up Steps
Step 1: Login to Mobile App
Step 2: Click on "More"
Step 3: Click on "Alerts"
Step 4: Click on "Alerts - None"
Step 5: Click on “All Transactions or Choose Your Alerts”
Alerts you can choose from:
- Merchant Alerts
- Transaction Alerts
- International Transactions
- Threshold Amount
Please Note: these alerts are specific to your debit card.
